Beautiful and flavorful authentic food
The place was clean and clear with the menu I would advise you come and try a few things!
Also, I loved the Hawaiian milk tea (ITO EN) it was great and not too sweet because I don't drink extremely sugary drinks like soda on normal days. -

Nope!!! C'mon San Antonio! This place is not good. Yelpers let me down giving me false hope of a 4+ Ramen experience.
Absolutely not. I got the miso base tempura ramen. Over priced and the flavor was off. Watery miso flavor, no depth. The kamaboko was so thinly sliced that it was more like a flower petal. We also ordered the pork belly shoyu ramen. The pork belly was cold and the soup was not at all flavorful.
The only thing that was okay was the gyoza. Not impressive but just okay.
But the funniest part of all of the madness was the cost. 2 ramen one order gyoza, had to buy a bottle of water and bottled green tea and paid $35.
Authentic ramen is the original cheap eats.
Clearly these guys are in over there head.
No lie... we went next door ordered 30 wings 2 drinks for the same price.
Better off buying ramen from the Korean market or ordering it at the Korean restaurants.
Buyer Beware. -

I love coming to Ginza for lunch. Its oddly placed but once I got used to where I was going, it didn't become much of a problem to get to.
Ginza is probably my favorite ramen place to go to considering I'm not really a fan on ramen. I liked it so much that is the only place I will go to for ramen.
I normally get the pork belly chashu with tonkotsu broth. I love it because the broth is well flavored and the pork belly is so tender. The noodles are perfectly cooked, almost al dente, not too hard, not too soft.
They have a lot of drink options and also have poke. Ive never had their poke because their ramen normally suffices. -

I have been here twice. Had the sushi burrito and the ramen. The ramen was not so good, I've had better. And the sushi burrito was interesting, you get to make your own and it's a cool idea, I did like the burrito. My friends were not so impressed either. I probably won't go back again.

Came to Ginza on a whim during my lunch break. It had good yelp reviews, so I figured I couldn't go wrong.
Nestled in a quaint little plaza, I walked in and ordered the pork chashu with tonkotsu broth.
At most ramen restaurants, you don't get to choose your broth, so I enjoyed the array of choices.
I noticed that they have poke bowls (which I saw countless people get as I enjoyed my meal) and hot meals with rice. Next time, I'm definitely interested in trying the poke bowl!
As far as flavor is concerned, my ramen had all of it. Is it the best ramen I've ever had? No. I wished for more flavor in the tonkotsu broth, but the flavor I got was pleasant. Definitely a solid spot that's close to my work and enjoyable.
Can't wait to come back and try some other dishes!
